EchoLink: Recursion is an active incremental hacking sim where you infiltrate networks across time.

You are a hacker sent back through time to uncover a conspiracy that keeps collapsing history. Starting with nothing but skill and a dial-up connection, you manually infiltrate networks, solve puzzles, and run missions, slowly improving your skill and equipment, until your upgrades start doing the work for you.

From 1990s dial-up networks to the neural megacities of 2150, every era brings new systems to crack and new factions to fight. When stealth fails, you go loud. Deploy devastating neural viruses, build proxy chains, and automate your entire operation while enemy factions deploy their own viruses and ICE sentinels to hunt you down. Every time the timeline collapses, you reset, and come back stronger. A massive meta-progression skill tree with hundreds of nodes means no two runs feel the same, and the mystery driving you forward only deepens the further you get.
